Since 1978 Noeline has been involved in both Social Work and Counselling, working with children, adolescents, individuals and families.

She has considerable experience working in the care and protection field. She has worked for a number of years in the area of mental health. Noeline has provided counselling within a focused youth health centre, as well as supervising Counsellors and Youth Workers within this field.

Since 1983 Noeline has provided supervision to Counsellors, Social Workers and Youth Workers working in a variety of agencies.

Noeline has worked in Social Work and Counsellor education for both the University of Canterbury and Ara.

Since 1999 Noeline has worked as a Counsellor and Teacher within the education system while providing part-time private practice offering counselling and supervision.

Noeline has offered ACC registered counselling for the last fifteen years, and now works part-time in private practice.
