I am experienced working with children through to adults, with people from all different walks of life supporting them through a range of different issues these include but are not limited to Trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, anger management and addiction.

I do my best to create a warm welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable to explore and talk about what is important to you.

I work from a Person centre, strength based and trauma informed approach utilising a range of different modalities including Narrative and cognitive behavioural Therapies. Supporting you to process and heal with approaches and tools tailored to suit you as an individual.
