Erica has expertise in the areas of change, stress, parenting, relationships and mental health challenges (such as depression and anxiety). She has specialist skills and knowledge for working with trauma (incl. childhood, sexual and domestic abuse).
She has worked in New Zealand and overseas within academic settings, not-for-profits and government.
Erica has worked with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse in both New Zealand and Australia. While in Australia she supported survivors who participated in the Royal Commission into Institutional Child Sexual Abuse. She has also provided crisis counselling for adult sexual assault.
