As a counsellor Mandy has worked in a range of different settings including Lifeline, the Women’s Centre and at the Canterbury Men’s Centre and for EAP providers. This has allowed her the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, along with supporting them through a wide range of issues including anger, self-harm, addiction issues, sexual abuse, work issues and court mandated clients.

For the past four years Mandy has worked in private practice working with those aged 16 years and above. Again, she works with a diverse range of people supporting them on their journey to overall improved wellbeing. She is an ACC accredited counsellor.

Mandy offers a warm, friendly and safe environment. She is compassionate and caring and believes that all people are capable of change, leading to growth and empowerment

Modalities: Solution Focus Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centred Therapy.

Her counselling has assisted people with: Addiction, Depression, Sexual Abuse, Mental Well-Being, Suicidal Ideation, Self-harm, Anxiety, Anger management, Relationship issues, Workplace bullying, Grief, and Trauma.
