As a Clinical Psychologist, Helene has worked with youth, adults, and families, in various areas including mental health, medical and forensic settings. She has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults, and is experienced in working with this age group.

Helene uses evidence-based treatments to help individuals address psychological issues, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Meta-cognitive Therapy (MCT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She strives to tailor interventions to each person’s individual needs.

Helene is a provider of ACC Integrated Service for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) for assessment and treatment.
